Most "AI for accountants" pitches are generic software that doesn't fit how your firm actually works. We do the opposite.
FirmPilot AI started with a simple observation: small accounting and bookkeeping firms in Greater Orlando spend enormous amounts of time on manual, repetitive work — chasing client documents, re-entering the same information year after year, reconciling transactions by hand — not because they lack skill, but because nobody's built them a tool that actually fits how they work.
We don't sell a one-size-fits-all software subscription. We sit down with a firm, listen to what's actually eating their team's time, and build a specific, working solution for that exact problem. Sometimes that's a simple client intake form. Sometimes it grows into something bigger.

How we handle sensitive data
Tax and financial data is sensitive, and firms handling it are legally required to have a Written Information Security Plan under IRS and FTC Safeguards Rule requirements. Every project we build accounts for this from day one — encryption in transit and at rest, expiring single-use access links, multi-factor authentication on any staff-facing dashboard, and a clear data retention policy. Security isn't an add-on; it's part of how we build.
